JC Sunshine's Fireside Chat

JC Sunshine’s Fireside Chat is part comedy, part adventure and part talk show.  It’s hosted by the lovable and dreamy JC Sunshine, a man who likes his coco hot and his women, well, his judgment in this area is a little lacking, but that’s only because he’s so busy with the show and hasn’t met the right woman for him yet (heh, heh).

The show chronicles the lives of JC, his best friend Rex and technical assistant Ricardo and believe me, they do quite a bit.  Last season alone, JC found Rex who was lost in the woods, got arrested for copyright violation, escaped into outer space, fought off both Zombies and an attempted corporate takeover of the show and saved X-mas!

No matter what happens, though, JC always manages to find his way back in time to interview his special guest (talk about dedication!).  He’s interviewed members of the Pirate Party, mad scientists, burlesque dancers, spoken-word artists, visual artists, cyclists, lit pimps, wilderness experts, environmental activists and feminists.

While JC did learn about women last season, he spent most of his time courting his neighbour Jenny.  He even fought Santa Clause over her.  Hopefully, by now, he’s realized that she’s not the girl for him.  Maybe he’ll even see that there’s someone perfect for him that he doesn’t even know about yet (hint, hint).

Right now, the show’s between seasons, but when season 3 premiers on February 14th, the fireside chat will resume it’s schedule of airing live every second Sunday at 7:30pm eastern on Forget The Box TV.  Until then, you’ll have to make do with my reports, JC’s Twitter and almost all of the past episodes available on demand.  If you haven’t seen ‘em, watch ‘em, if you have, watch ‘em again and brush up on your Sunshine!
